Our approach is marked by personalisation and compassion. We handle ageing concerns sensitively, assisting you in assessing your eligibility for a Home Care Package with care and confidentiality.

Working with you

We work with you to navigate My Aged Care and apply for a Home Care Package.  This service is free and confidential and can be done in the comfort of your home, or by appointment at the Mingenew Community Resource Centre.

Personalised Care and Support

Navigating the healthcare system and securing the necessary services to enable you to remain in your home can be confusing.  We can work with you to –
  • Plan for the future, ensuring your long-term needs and preferences are considered.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and needs, whether due to an acute health event or the unavailability of a friend or family member who was previously providing support.

What Services can I access?

We offer a range of services tailored to meet your individual needs, including light housekeeping, gardening, social outings, transportation to appointments, meal preparation and cooking, meal delivery, social support.
