Mingenew RacesThe Mingenew Races are held every year in March. The race course is located at the Mingenew Recreation grounds and is a well maintained grass track. The track surrounds the football oval. The positioning of the track gives race goers a beautiful view of the surrounding areas.
The day includes a 6 race programme with full TAB facilities. Their are fashions of the field events with prizes, bar and food facilities and activities to keep the kids busy. The day is ended with live music. For dates please visit the Mingenew Turf Club Facebook page |

Mingenew Midwest ExpoThe Mingenew Midwest Expo is the largest agricultural field day in Western Australia's Mid West. It showcases the future of farming and agricultural technologies. The two day event plays host to some of the biggest names in the industry, providing an exciting insight into what the agricultural sector has to offer and highlights the technology of tomorrow.

Irwin Polocrosse Carnival

Polocrosse is a unique sport requiring extreme horsemanship and expert althletics. Polocrosse is an extremely exciting game to watch, fast & furious as well as fun & fascinating & seriously entertaining!!
Teams from all over the state travel to participate in the Irwin Carnival. With 5 fields at the grounds, games are constantly playing for the two day event. Saturday night the club holds a roast dinner followed by music and socialising. Meals are available throughout the weekend with bar facilities. Finals action starts on field 1 at about midday on Sunday. Presentations for the winners is at 4pm. |
